Whether you're looking to build confidence, get in shape, or learn self-defense, Contra Costa County Martial Arts offers martial arts training tailored to you. We are a martial arts school in Concord, serving families and adults across Contra Costa County and the East Bay.
Our classes welcome beginners and experienced students alike, with instruction that meets each person where they are. We focus on discipline, technique and steady progress, so every student leaves class a little stronger than when they arrived.
Our coaches take the time to explain each movement and make sure students feel supported from their first day.
