Coach Renee Lynn - Reformation Body Solutions brings science-based weight loss coaching and nutrition guidance to Los Gatos and the surrounding South Bay communities of Santa Clara County. We are a women-owned practice focused on helping clients reach their goals through structured, supportive programs rather than crash diets.

Our approach combines nutrition coaching, physical fitness guidance and alternative wellness practices, tailored to each person's body and daily life. Many of the people we work with have tried diet after diet without lasting results, and we take the time to understand why and build a plan that actually holds.
