About
Whether you need relief from back or hip discomfort or simply want to feel stronger and more balanced, Cloud 7 Studio offers Pilates and massage tailored to you. Our instructor, Wendy, takes time to understand each person's individual needs, especially when pain or past injuries are part of the picture.
We pay close attention to form and explain every movement clearly, so you always know what you're working on and why. When a movement doesn't feel right for your body, we know how to modify it so your workout stays safe and comfortable while remaining effective and challenging.
Many of our clients have noticed real gains in strength, mobility and everyday comfort, and some have stayed with us for years. We also offer massage sessions, so on days when you need something gentler, you can still look after your body with us.
Serving students across San Jose and Santa Clara County, we'd love to help you move with more ease.
