About
For fried chicken sandwiches in San Jose, Chubby’s Chickn Food Truck is here to help. We serve juicy, Nashville-style chicken thigh sandos and crispy chicken wings, with heat levels from mild to our mega death.
Our waffle fries are crisp, and the ranch they're dipped in is a favorite among our regulars. Guests tell us our portions are generous and our spice levels are exactly as described, so you know what you're getting.
Whether you're grabbing lunch in San Jose or feeding the family across Santa Clara County, we're glad to cook up something you'll want to come back for.
