We specialize in anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, stress and self-esteem concerns, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, so each client receives support that fits their own goals and needs. Our practice is warm, approachable and genuinely caring, and we aim to create a safe space where people feel comfortable from the very first session.
