About
Whether you're looking for deep relief from tension or a gentle way to support your digestive comfort, Chi Nei Tsang offers holistic bodywork tailored to you. Our practice in Sausalito brings the abdominal massage tradition of Chi Nei Tsang together with other holistic approaches to help you feel more balanced in body and mind.
We work with individuals from across Marin County who are curious about alternative medicine and want a thoughtful, hands-on experience. Each session is shaped around what you bring to us, so you can expect attentive listening before any work begins.
Our sessions focus on the connection between the abdomen, breath, and emotional well-being, and we explain what we are doing as we go.
If you would like to explore whether this approach is right for you, call us or stop by to ask any questions before booking.
