About
Deep, intuitive bodywork, lymphatic work, and a thoughtful approach to tension: that's what we offer at Chelsea Day Bodywork. Our sessions are built around how the body works as a connected system, so we look beyond the spot that hurts and work across the whole body to help it release.
Clients often tell us they leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and calmer, and that our follow-up guidance helps them keep those results between visits. Our longer sessions and multi-visit series give the work room to go deeper, with a clear arc from one appointment to the next.
We bring together a strong understanding of anatomy with an intuitive read on each client's needs, and we draw on tools and ideas from Chinese medicine when they fit. We serve clients in San Rafael and across Marin County, and we'd love to welcome you.
Book through our booking page, or call or stop by to find a time that suits you.
