About
Corte Madera and Marin County residents turn to Chappy Wood, DC for chiropractic care that addresses the root cause of back pain, neck pain and other musculoskeletal problems rather than just a quick adjustment. Our approach is tailored to each patient, so no two treatment plans are the same, and we take the time to explain what is driving the issue and what needs to be fixed.
Many of our patients come to us after trying other providers without lasting relief, and we are glad to help them find real improvement in mobility and comfort. We stay current with the latest research and keep our explanations clear and practical, so you understand your care every step of the way.
Beyond treatment, we also teach home routines and rehabilitation exercises to support your progress between visits, including for shoulder and other joint concerns. We are proud to serve families and individuals across Corte Madera, Marin County and the surrounding communities.
