At Chanra Hai Wellness, we help Inner Sunset and San Francisco clients ease chronic pain, tension and injury recovery through personalized bodywork. We are a massage therapy practice focused on finding the root cause of discomfort rather than just treating symptoms.
Our sessions combine deep tissue work with a careful understanding of anatomy, so each treatment targets the areas that need it most. Clients come to us for back pain, neck tension, migraine-related discomfort and recovery from injury, and we tailor every plan to their body and goals.
We take the time to listen, explain what is happening and check in as you progress, so you always know why we are doing what we do. Many of our clients have been with us for years, returning every few weeks to stay balanced and feel their best.
