Based in the Castro-Upper Market neighborhood of San Francisco, Castro Fitness provides gym memberships, personal training and strength and cardio equipment for fitness-minded people across the Castro, Upper Market and the wider San Francisco area. We keep our space clean and well organized, with a good range of equipment, including some newer machines that members can try for the first time.
Our floor rarely feels crowded, so you can usually find room to train at your own pace, whatever time you visit. Our staff and trainers are known for their attention to detail, and we aim to make everyone feel welcome, whether they are new to working out or have been training with us for years.
