Whether you need a hearty weeknight dinner or a relaxed meal after a long drive through the hills, Cast Iron Carnivore Kitchen offers slow-cooked barbecue and grilled meats made from scratch. Our brisket and pulled pork sandwiches are seasoned well and cooked until tender, served with homemade coleslaw and mac and cheese on the side.
Our steaks are cooked in 100% pure organic beef tallow, which gives them a rich flavor we're proud of. We also serve seafood, including steelhead cooked crispy on the outside and moist within.
