About
At Cascos Martial Arts, we help families and students across Eastmont and Oakland build discipline, self-respect and confidence through martial arts training. Our instructors guide each student one step at a time, so people of all ages can grow stronger, more focused and more determined both on the mat and in everyday life.
Many of our students have been with us for years, and we take pride in being a steady part of the community in Eastmont and throughout Alameda County. Our teachers are professionals who care about every student, and we are proud to have helped children and parents alike find real hope and direction for the future.
We also welcome adults who want to learn self-defense in a supportive, familiar setting where everyone is treated with respect.
