About
Looking for capoeira classes in El Cerrito? Capoeira Mestre Bimba Bay Area offers martial arts training for kids and adults across Contra Costa County and the East Bay.
Our classes blend conditioning, music, drills and playing in the roda in every session, so each workout is both challenging and fun. We teach the history of capoeira alongside the movement, and we focus on strength and mobility so every move is practiced safely and correctly.
Our instructors are welcoming with children, and families often tell us their kids gain real confidence in their own bodies and grow within a supportive community. Adults at every level will find classes that feel approachable and still push them, building fitness and mobility as they learn this rich and historically important art form.
