About
At CAPOEIRA MANDINGA SANTA ROSA, we help adults and young people in Sebastopol and across Sonoma County build strength, flexibility and confidence through the Afro-Brazilian art of capoeira. Our classes blend martial arts technique, acrobatics, music and rhythm, so every session is both a workout and a chance to learn something new.
We are a martial arts school that welcomes beginners as well as experienced practitioners, and we focus on steady progress in a supportive community. Whether you are looking for a new fitness routine, a creative outlet or a way to connect with others, our training meets you where you are.
