Cambiati Wellness Programs

Lafayette and East Bay families turn to Cambiati Wellness Programs for nutrition coaching and structured cleanse programs that help them change their relationship with food and feel better day to day. Our team of dietitians and nutritionists builds personalized plans around each client, from blood sugar and energy concerns to digestive comfort and steady weight loss.

Many of our clients have followed our 28-day cleanse, which is planned out for them so they can stay on track while still cooking for their families. We also offer one-on-one consultations and a supplement store, with guidance on which products fit each person's goals.

Clients often tell us they appreciate how patient and knowledgeable our staff are, and how they keep recommending new recipes and exercise ideas along the way. Our practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and women-owned, and we welcome everyone from across Contra Costa County who is ready for a healthier path.

Book online through our booking page or visit our website at cambiati.com to get started.
