California Yoga Center is a yoga studio in Mountain View, Santa Clara County, focused on Iyengar yoga and careful, precise instruction. Our teachers bring deep expertise and genuine care to every class, helping students build strength, balance and flexibility through close attention to alignment.
We welcome students of all ages and physical backgrounds, so whether you are new to yoga or returning to practice, you will never feel left behind. Our classes include adjustments for students with special needs and mobility limitations, so everyone gets the most benefit from their practice.
Beyond the poses, we weave chanting and sutras into our classes, and we host workshops throughout the year for different levels. We are proud of the warm, supportive community we have built in a part of Silicon Valley where that kind of connection can be hard to find.
