California Strong Athletics

At California Strong Athletics, we help young athletes in Concord and across the East Bay build real gymnastics skills and confidence, one class at a time. We coach gymnastics for children of all levels, from first-time tumblers to kids working toward advanced skills, with a focus on technique that matches each child's goals.

Our coaches are kind, patient, and motivating, and they take the time to get to know every athlete and family. Parents often tell us they see steady progress in their child's skills and self-assurance, and that their kids look forward to coming to class.

We also run a well-organized program, even with several classes happening at once, so every athlete gets the attention they need. We're especially proud of the strong boys' gymnastics program we offer alongside our girls' classes.
