Our assistants check your form as you work through each exercise, and we are happy to print or email your program so you can keep practicing at home. We take care to explain how your body is responding and why each adjustment matters, so you always know where your recovery stands.
Many of our patients come to us after knee surgery or with stubborn neck and joint pain, and we are glad to help them regain confidence in their movement. We also handle much of the insurance paperwork for you, so you can focus on getting better.
