About
Based in Redwood City, California Kung Fu & Tai Chi Institute teaches martial arts and tai chi to students across San Mateo County and the Peninsula. Our classes suit children, teens and adults, and families often train together here.
Many students tell us that the training builds confidence and discipline, especially for kids who start out shy. Our instructors are patient and encouraging, guiding each student at their own pace without pushing too hard.
Along the way, our students have had the chance to perform in community events, including local parades.
