Our therapists take time at the start of each visit to hear your concerns and explain the approach, then adjust pressure as they work so each session fits your body's needs.
We pair hands-on treatment with stretches you can do at home, helping you stay ahead of tension between visits. Many of our clients are active people who come to us to ease muscle knots and restore full range of motion, and we're glad to see those results carry over into daily life.
