About
Warm drinks, tasty bites, and a friendly welcome: that's what we offer at Cal Maritime - The Bistro. We're a coffee shop on the campus of California State University Maritime in Vallejo, set beside the quad and easy to find in the heart of the school.
Our menu features Starbucks coffee alongside breakfast and lunch items, so students, staff, and visitors can grab something quick or settle in for a longer break. Many of our guests tell us the food stands out as the best option on campus, and our staff are always glad to help new faces find their way.
Whether you're a cadet between classes or a neighbor from across Vallejo and the North Bay looking for a cozy spot with a bay view, we'd love to see you.
Stop by the bistro and treat yourself to a cup of something warm.
