About
Based in Milpitas, C. Cruz Sub-Surface Locators, Inc. provides underground leak detection and pipe locating for homes and businesses across Santa Clara County. We are a plumbing and utility contracting team that finds hidden water leaks and maps buried pipes, including the tricky setups in homes with radiant heating, tankless water heaters and pipes run under slab floors.
Our work often starts when a plumber needs a clearer picture of what is happening underground, so we also do video sewer line inspections and can confirm a leak and its source before any digging begins. Many of our clients tell us they value how quickly we pinpoint a problem, how clearly we explain what we find, and how carefully we mark where the lines run so the job goes smoothly.
Homeowners and contractors across Milpitas and the wider South Bay rely on us to save them from unnecessary tear-outs and guesswork.
If you suspect a leak or need your pipes located, call or stop by and our team will be glad to help.
