Bún Mắm Hà Tiên | Simply Boba brings authentic Southern Vietnamese noodle soups to San Jose and the South Bay. Our specialty is Bún Mắm, a fermented fish noodle soup rich with pork, fish, squid, and shrimp and served with fresh herbs, banana blossom, bean sprouts, and lime.
We also serve a plain fish and pork noodle soup for guests who prefer a milder broth without the fermented fish paste. Our family-run kitchen takes pride in generous portions and a balance of sweet seafood and savory, well-seasoned broth.
