About
For massage and Reiki in San Anselmo, Brook Tarrant CMT is here to help. We work with clients across San Anselmo and Marin County, from people managing chronic pain and nerve discomfort to those who need relief from tendinitis, sciatica and the everyday strain of an active life.
Our approach looks at how the whole body works together, so every session is focused on the underlying source of discomfort rather than only the symptoms. Clients often tell us they leave feeling lighter, with better range of movement and a sense of ease that carries into the days that follow.
Alongside hands-on work, we are glad to share simple exercises and self-care steps that clients can practice at home between visits. We also offer Reiki for those who want a calming, restorative experience that supports both body and mind.
