Broad Oaks Construction, Inc.

Pacifica and the Peninsula homeowners turn to Broad Oaks Construction, Inc. for full remodels and exterior work that gets done carefully, with the project kept close to the budget agreed at the start. Our team takes on whole-home projects like kitchens, family rooms, laundry rooms and powder baths, along with decks, railings, entryways and outdoor showers.

Detailed work with complicated elements, such as hanging fixtures, custom windows and specialty finishes, is coordinated with skilled subcontractors so each part meets the standard the homeowner envisioned. We keep communication open and transparent from the first quote through completion, and we take feedback well when plans change.

Many of our clients tell us the process feels as careful as if we were building our own home, and that is the approach we bring to every job. Our owner, Kieran, stays closely involved in each project, from helping choose cabinet makers, electricians and stone to managing the schedule.

Homeowners across San Mateo County are welcome to reach out to talk through their project, and you can start the conversation by giving us a call or stopping by.
