Our visits are unhurried, often lasting about half an hour, and we combine spinal adjustments with deep fascial and soft tissue work so the surrounding muscles are relaxed before we adjust the spine. We adjust only the vertebrae that need attention, and our patients often tell us the results last longer than they expected.
