Our studio offers a wide range of classes every day of the week, from energetic vinyasa and flow to restorative and yin, along with options such as aerial yoga, weights-based classes, and sound baths.
Our teachers are experienced and meet each student where they are, while our Mysore room is guided with patience and attention to individual strengths and limitations. Throughout the year we offer workshops that explore a wide range of topics, and our teachers are happy to help newcomers build a steady practice.
