About
Brainspotting & Hypnotherapy Contra Costa County offers mental health support and therapeutic care to clients in Walnut Creek and across Contra Costa County. We are a women-owned practice focused on helping people work through emotional challenges and move toward lasting change.
Our work centers on Brainspotting and hypnotherapy, two approaches that can help address stress, past experiences and patterns that are hard to shift on your own. We bring a grounded, compassionate presence to every session, and we take the time to understand what you are going through before choosing an approach together.
We serve adults in Walnut Creek and the surrounding communities of the East Bay who are looking for a supportive, collaborative space to heal and grow.
