At Boyd Family Vineyard Napa, we invite visitors from across Napa County to experience Oak Knoll the way our family does, as a relaxed morning or afternoon shared with the grower, the winemaker and our small team. Our tastings are hosted with a down-home feel on our front porch, where the vines stretch out in view and the conversation is as easy as the pours.
Heavy clay soils in Oak Knoll give our Merlot its depth, and it anchors many of our blends, including the Big Ranch Cuvee, which many guests return for. We also partner with growers to bring in great Cabernet Sauvignon and other varietals, and we pair each flight with a cheese selection we're happy to explain.
Our hosts have traveled widely and know the wine trade well, so every visit is personal, from the attention we give each group to the small celebrations we're glad to help with. If you're visiting Napa, we'd love to have you on our porch.
