About
Borquez Demolition Inc. brings professional demolition, concrete removal and debris hauling to Oakland's Elmhurst Park neighborhood and across Alameda County. We handle everything from full interior and kitchen demolition to removing old concrete, and we clear the debris when the job is done.
Our crews take a careful approach, and where it makes sense we deconstruct materials and fixtures of value first so they can be donated and reused instead of sent to the landfill. We coordinate closely with general contractors and property owners, keeping projects on schedule and communicating clearly at every stage.
Clients often tell us they find our team thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with, which is why many of them return for their next project.
If you have a remodel, rental property update or commercial demolition on the horizon, call or stop by to talk through your project with us.
