About
Bok Fu Dynasty brings family-run martial arts training for children and adults to Redwood City and San Mateo County. Our classes cover MMA and self-defense, and families in the area have been training with us for years.
Many of our students started as kids and have grown more confident, independent and self-reliant along the way. Our instructors are patient with beginners, so newcomers of any age and pace feel supported from their first class.
Parents tell us their children gain focus, discipline and a real sense of safety here, and we treat every student as part of one close-knit community. Our classes are a safe, welcoming space where people of all ages can build strength, skills and self-esteem.
Visit us in Redwood City to see if our training is the right fit for you or your family.
