Body Wisdom Coaching brings somatic, embodied coaching and facilitated men's groups to Oakland's Millsmont neighborhood and across Alameda County. We help clients understand how their bodies hold patterns and protect them, and we turn that awareness into practical change.
Our one-on-one sessions focus on listening to the body, recognizing and voicing personal needs, and building steadiness in moments of conflict. We also lead men's groups that offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for honest reflection, shared growth, and embodied interaction, with structure that balances challenge and care.
We bring a restorative, compassionate approach to conflict as well, including mediation for groups and communities that need accountability and clear boundaries. Our clients often leave feeling more connected, confident, and hopeful about the path ahead.
