Body In Balance brings focused sports massage and therapy for stubborn arm and elbow pain to Corte Madera and Marin County. We work especially well with tennis and golf elbow, using hands-on massage to encourage healing in the tendons and ligaments, along with guided stretching and strengthening exercises.
Many of our clients come to us after other approaches have fallen short, and they tell us their pain has eased and their daily activities feel easy again. Our hands-on approach is focused and attentive, and we take the time to understand where the problem starts, which is why we often find it can begin in the shoulder rather than the elbow.
