Body Chemistry Studio - Pilates & Gyrotonic brings reformer Pilates and Gyrotonic classes to the Castro-Upper Market neighborhood of San Francisco and the surrounding community. Our teachers are attentive and patient, taking time to explain the reformer clearly, check alignment, and tailor their focus to each student's goals.
We offer a mix of group and private sessions, and many of our clients come back week after week for classes that feel thoughtful and never templated. Our light, clean, airy studio is a calm space to work on strength, flexibility, and mobility, and our teachers are especially helpful for people who are new to the reformer or are working around knee and ankle concerns.
We have also kept our classes flexible, with in-person reformer sessions that follow city health guidelines alongside online options for training from home.
