Light, crisp, and flavorful, and never overly sweet: that's what we offer at Blissful Bite, a home-based dessert kitchen in San Jose that makes baklava for families and celebrations across Santa Clara County. Our baklava is built around thoughtful flavor combinations, from classic mixed nut to cashew, almond, and pistachio, with a subtle sweetness that lets the nuts and spices shine through.
We also prepare vegan versions of our desserts, so there's something for guests with different preferences. Many of our customers order for birthdays, charity fundraisers, and other events, and we're glad to help make sure everything is ready and beautifully arranged.
