About
At Blazin Bagelz, we help Gilroy and the wider South Valley community start their day with freshly made bagels, hot espresso and hearty breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Our bagels are baked to a satisfying balance, with a slightly crunchy crust and a soft, tender center, and every breakfast bagel is built to order with the fresh ingredients our guests love, from eggs and bacon to avocado and salmon.
Our team takes the time to help guests choose the right bagel for their taste, and that friendly, welcoming service is a big part of why so many people keep coming back. Our signature Funky Monkey and bagel dogs are favorites with regulars who want something bold and full of flavor.
Whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast on the way to work or settling in for a relaxed lunch, we'd love to have you in.
