At BitterBuck, we help San Jose coffee lovers and cocktail fans enjoy a rare blend of café and bar in the heart of downtown, in the SoSA District. We open early with pour-over coffee from local roasters and locally baked pastries, then shift into afternoon cocktails and dinner items as the day goes on.
Our amaro and coffee pairings are the signature here, thoughtfully chosen to work well together, and our knowledgeable bartenders are happy to suggest one for you. Our menu includes sandwiches and drinks guests return for, and the coffee stands on its own too.
Our interior has a stylish art deco feel with plants and leather seats, and our friendly, passionate staff keep the atmosphere relaxed and fun. As a newer addition to downtown San Jose, we're proud to fit in with our neighbors and serve the community across Santa Clara County.
