At Biikram Walnut Creek, we help Walnut Creek and East Bay yoga students build strength, flexibility and focus through a traditional Bikram hot yoga practice. Our instructors are a highlight of our studio, and many of our students find that they keep discovering new insights in familiar poses, as the way a pose is explained can make a sudden difference to how it feels.
Our classes are taught in a consistently heated room, with a humidifier that keeps the heat comfortable for our students. Many of our students have practiced across the Bay Area, and they tell us our Walnut Creek studio stands out for the excellent instructors it attracts.
