In the heart of Castro-Upper Market, Bianca Aarons Integrative Psychotherapy offers individual and couples therapy for adults in San Francisco and across the Bay Area. We bring together relational, attachment-based work with frameworks such as Internal Family Systems, psychoanalytic and relational approaches, and sex therapy, tailoring each session to what you actually need rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.
Our work is direct and warm: we don't dance around difficult topics, and we're comfortable working with hard emotions, including anger and hatred. We take care to explain complex ideas such as narcissism and depression in clear, grounded terms, and we believe therapy should help you understand how your relationships shape the way you move through the world.
We are a women-owned practice, LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space, with appointments recommended and onsite services.
