Beth Cook, PhD

At Beth Cook, PhD, we help adults in the Castro-Upper Market neighborhood and across San Francisco find steady, supportive ground for the challenges they bring to therapy. Our practice is built around psychotherapy, offering individual sessions in a calm, confidential setting where you can talk openly about what is weighing on you.

We take the time to understand your concerns before suggesting a direction, so the work feels relevant to your own life rather than generic. Appointments are recommended, so we encourage you to reach out ahead of time to find a session that fits your schedule.

We welcome people from throughout the city, from the Castro and nearby neighborhoods to the wider Peninsula and the rest of San Francisco.

Call or stop by to set up a first conversation, and we will talk through what support could look like for you.
