Berkeley Home Additions

Solid structure, careful work, and finishes that look right: that's what we offer at Berkeley Home Additions. We're a general contractor serving homeowners in Los Gatos and across Santa Clara County, and our projects range from earthquake retrofitting and foundation bolting to cripple wall bracing and structural upgrades.

We also convert underused attics into comfortable bedrooms and offices, handling the reinforcement, insulation, electrical, drywall, and flooring. Room additions are another specialty, with the engineering done properly and the new finishes matched seamlessly to the rest of the house.

For older homes, we take care to preserve original character while modernizing systems, including plaster restoration and trim work. We walk clients through each step and keep them informed through every inspection.
