About
For nature-based occupational therapy in San Francisco's Castro-Upper Market neighborhood, Bearfoot Occupational Therapy is here to help children grow through play outdoors. Our occupational therapists design each session around the individual strengths and growth areas of every child, using carefully planned activities in natural settings.
We offer outdoor social skills groups and summer camps that connect therapy goals to everyday life, from building independence to developing social skills. Families receive practical video debriefs and daily feedback, so the language and methods we use can carry over to home and the classroom.
Parents across San Francisco and the wider Bay Area tell us their children look forward to every session and leave with new confidence. Our team is professional, communicative and experienced, and we take a playful, non-judgmental approach that helps kids thrive.
