About
Beach Glass Hot Yoga & Pilates LLC offers hot yoga and hot Pilates classes in Noe Valley, San Francisco, bringing warmth, strength and flexibility together in one studio. Our classes are a good fit for all levels, with instructors who check your form and help you push yourself at the right pace.
Many members tell us the heat helps them move more freely, and our full-body workouts build real strength. The studio is clean, welcoming and well organized, with a changing room and a range of classes throughout the week.
Our instructors bring energy and care to every session, and small touches like cooling face cloths at the end of class make a difference. We serve families and neighbors across Noe Valley and the rest of San Francisco who want a supportive place to train.
