About
Relaxation, skilled bodywork, and attentive care: that's what we offer at Bayside Massage Therapy, serving San Rafael and families and active clients across Marin County. Our therapists take the time to understand each client's needs, check in throughout the session to make sure the pressure feels right, and tailor the work to address problem areas.
We offer Swedish and deep tissue massage, along with mobile massage sessions for clients who prefer to stay put. Many of our clients are athletes and active people who train several days a week, and we're glad to share practical advice on foam rolling and stretching to support their routines.
We also offer red light therapy as an add-on for those who want to extend their recovery. Whether you're managing chronic tension or simply want to unwind, we'd love to welcome you.
