About
Whether you need relief from back and shoulder tension or a deeply restorative massage, Bay Trail Massage and Healing Arts offers massage tailored to you. Our work in El Cerrito is centered on listening closely to each client and reading what your body needs in the moment.
We offer general massage and myofascial work, and we're equally at home helping with injuries, chronic tension and the emotional stress that often settles into the body. Each session is held in a calm, safe space where you can let go, with a soothing water feature and gentle music to help you settle in.
Clients across El Cerrito and the East Bay tell us they leave feeling more relaxed, mobile and rested than when they arrived.
