Our therapists build a warm, safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood and valued, whether they are new to therapy or returning to it after a long time. We meet each person where they are and stay flexible as goals shift, offering practical tools for managing mental health symptoms, working through major life transitions and building healthier relationships.
Many of our clients are parents of teens, young adults and people navigating difficult emotions, and we focus on insight that carries over into everyday life. We are a women-owned practice and welcome everyone, including LGBTQ+ and transgender clients.
Appointments are recommended, and sessions are available in person at our Los Gatos office or virtually when that works better for you.
