About
At Avy Spa, we help Palo Alto and the Peninsula unwind with massage and spa care in a clean, warm, and inviting space. We offer deep tissue, Thai, sports, and hot stone massage, so you can choose the session that suits how your body feels today.
Our therapists check in during each session to make sure the pressure feels right, and they adjust as you go. Many of our guests leave feeling deeply relaxed, and some even fall asleep on the table.
Our spa was recently renovated, and we keep it spotless so you can settle in from the moment you arrive.
Book through our website and treat yourself to a restful hour.
