About
At AVA SCHMIDT, we help Mission neighborhood clients in San Francisco feel more at ease in their bodies through thoughtful, detailed bodywork. We are a massage therapy practice serving the Mission and the wider San Francisco community.
Our approach is well informed and curious about how the human body works, and every session is carefully planned around the person in front of us. Many of our clients have been coming to us regularly for years, and they tell us they leave each treatment feeling noticeably better.
We bring skill, intelligence and genuine care to every session, so you can expect focused work that is both precise and restorative.
