About
Strong workouts, a calm and beautifully kept space, and instructors who make you feel supported: that's what we offer at Astral Studio. Our Pilates studio in Los Gatos serves members across Santa Clara County and the wider South Bay, with mat classes that build strength, balance and flexibility at every level.
Many of our members are new to Mat Pilates, and our coaches are known for explaining each movement clearly and keeping classes challenging yet fun. Our studio is always clean and welcoming, and we provide what you need for class, so you can arrive and focus on your workout (grippy socks are available to buy here).
Our owner, Stephanie, brings years of experience coaching fitness across the Bay Area, and she built this studio to be inclusive and empowering for everyone pursuing their fitness goals. Whether you're returning to exercise or simply looking for a motivating new routine, we'd love to have you in class.
