San Carlos and San Mateo County families turn to Ascend Aerial Arts at IMPACT! Kickboxing Fitness for aerial arts classes that challenge both body and mind. We are an aerial sports center offering aerial training for students of all levels, from first-timers to those who have been practicing for years.
Our instructors are knowledgeable, technical and adaptable, and we always put your safety first while listening closely to your concerns. Many of our students stay with us for years, enjoying the fun of learning something new and the steady progress that comes with it.
We also offer private lessons for anyone who wants focused, personal instruction, with the same emphasis on technique and safety. Our studio is clean and well organized, and we are happy to welcome students from across the Peninsula and the surrounding East Bay.
